Waiheke Island Brewery beer is brewed on site at Wild On Waiheke and contains no artificial ingredients preservatives or additives. We do not pasteurize our beers, so you can enjoy the unique flavors and aromas.

Baroona Original

A German style golden beer with a firm, dry malt palate. The use of NZ grown Saaz hops for both flavour and aroma gives this beer a deep floral, citrus character. An excellent brew to serve with spicy food, or as a perfect session beer.

Wharf Rd Wheat Beer

Classic German style Wheat Beer, perfect for a Summer's day. Brewed very simply from a 50/50 blend of malted barley and wheat. Lightly hopped with Hallertau and fermented with authentic Weiss Beer yeast for the perfect cloudy appearance. Light yet complex, with hints of banana and cloves.

Matiatia Malt Beer

A deep amber coloured strong ale with a huge malty palate. The use of seven different malt varieties provides an amazing depth of malt flavour with hints of chocolate and toffee. The hops used are principally Hallertau, giving a rich and spicy finish to this hugely flavoured ale.

Onetangi Dark Ale

Rich and dark, yet surprisingly quenching. Brewed with a variety of dark roasted specialty malts to give a full range of flavours. Chocolate and coffee with maybe a hint of licorice. The hops used for both flavour and aroma are the famous East Kent Goldings, imparting a raisiny, fruitcake character to the palate and a warm spiciness to the finish.

Hauraki Gulf Ginger Beer

Our own Ginger Beer is a refreshing non-alcoholic drink with a spicy flavour.

Brewed here alongside our beers, Ginger Beer is made from fresh root ginger, rainwater, lemon juice, honey and raw sugar.'
